No matter the duration or size, your My Big Idea Program is led and facilitated by one of our highly skilled team members with decades of experience transforming lives and driving results. Our facilitators take the time to fully understand your needs prior to your Professional or Personal Workshop so that each experience is a carefully guided and thoughtful process respectful of values and goals.
Over 22 years ago, Michele Bailey had her first Big Idea.
She founded a marketing agency designed to offer more than great creative and catchy slogans. Always focusing on strategy first, Michele built her agency by harnessing the individual strengths of her team to build and deliver the customized marketing strategy and programs her clients needed to drive business growth.
As Blazing grew and became successful, Michele went on to apply her entrepreneurial spirit and innovative talent to other business interests. To keep her ventures on track, thriving and operating with the same vision she first intended, Michele relies on her team to achieve results. She focuses on the strengths and talents of each of her team members and encourages them to set goals and build plans to achieve them. It didn’t take long for her to realize that if this process could drive measurable results for her businesses, it could do the same for others.
And so she created My Big Idea®, a formal, measurable corporate program that ensures the individual feels valued, welcomed and knows how they can substantially contribute to the achievement and success of the
company for which they work.
